Chuck Stebbins, PEPP Community Organizer

Chuck has been involved with PEPP on different levels and at different times since 1992. Prior to coming to PEPP, Chuck was working in the Independent Living field as a consumer advocate and systems change advocate for sixteen years. 

Although he may have never realized it at the time, he has been doing community organizing for a good portion of that time. 

He has been involved with a number of legislative sessions in North Dakota and some sessions in Minnesota.  He has relationships throughout the human service delivery system in both states, albeit the majority of those are in North Dakota.   He has a BS degree in Social Work from the University of Mary, Bismarck.
